Returns & exchanges policy

  • NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.NO CANCELLATIONS. Exchange and Store credit only. Store credit Last up to 12 MONTHS after purchasing an item. Items purchased from MIMC are eligible for Exchange or store credit  within 7 days after delivery. 
  • You must contact us at: customersupport@shopmimc.net within 24 hours.
  • A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.
  • Items must be shipped out within the next business day.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to MIMC. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

    We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
